Gluten Free Foods

I have heard that brown rice is a better option than white rice because it has more nutrients. So does that make brown rice pasta a better option than regular flour pasta? Are the nutrients lost when processed from brown rice into the pasta form? Would whole wheat pasta be even better?

I hate the refinement process, I strive to not eat any grains that have been processed.
